          We understand that navigating health insurance benefits can sometimes feel 

     confusing or overwhelming. We are here to help make the process as clear and 

     straightforward as possible.

         Depending on your health insurance provider and individual plan, psychotherapy 

     services may be covered in full or in part. We are currently contracted with the 

     insurance providers listed below.

         Because insurance coverage varies from plan to plan, we encourage you to contact 

     your insurance provider before beginning services to learn more about your specific 

     mental health benefits. Taking a few minutes to confirm your coverage can help 

     you feel more comfortable and prepared, and may help prevent unexpected out-of-

     pocket expenses.

         When speaking with your insurance provider, you may find it helpful to ask:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health or behavioral health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is the amount, and have I met it yet?
• What will my copay or coinsurance be for psychotherapy services?
• Does my plan limit the number of psychotherapy sessions I can have each calendar year?
• Do I need a referral or prior authorization from my primary care physician?
• Is this provider considered in-network under my specific insurance plan?

         Please keep in mind that insurance benefits are determined by your individual plan, 

     and it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to confirm coverage and benefits with 

     their insurance provider.

          We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept Health Savings Account payment. 

          If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged $90.00.
