
The holiday season can be a time of connection and joy—but it can also bring stress, anxiety, grief, difficult family dynamics, and pressure to make everything feel “perfect.”
This upcoming therapist-led group will provide a warm, supportive space to explore the challenges that can come with the holiday season—and to learn practical skills to help you navigate them with greater confidence and self-compassion.
Participants will learn and practice evidence-based skills such as emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy communication and thinking strategies. Sessions are interactive and supportive, offering a balance of education, discussion, and real-life application.

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges, share what feels comfortable, learn from one another, and develop practical tools you can carry with you beyond the holiday season.
You don’t have to survive the holidays perfectly. You just have to find ways to move through them with more support, intention, and self-compassion🐾
